Website relaunch survey 2022

Dear colleagues,

With this survey we would like to involve all subsidiaries pro-actively and collect your input for our upcoming relaunch of the Fischer website.

What are your requirements and wishes for the new website? Based on your answers we derive clear priorities.

The survey is based on the following chapters with a few questions within each chapter:

    Which content is valuable and effectively for your customers? Does your customer need technical detailed and sophisticated information or simple content with a clear message?

    Which media should we, in your opinion, integrate into the new website? (e. g. videos, images, texts, downloads, papers etc.) And how would you prioritize them?

    How would you like to have the page navigation structured? (e. g. focussing on solutions, industries, measurement methods, current topics, downloads, etc.)
    Do you have a desired user guidance and what would be the most important entry topics for your target audience?

    How should the tonality of the site be? (e. g. more personal or more formal approach or changing according to subject area/target group)

    What visuals should we use in the future? (e. g. images, infographics, diagrams, animations, videos, etc.). And how would you prioritize them?

    How would you rate the quality of existing content?

    Which specific documents should we integrate on our product pages? (e. g. brochure, technical data sheet, application notes or something else). Should it be gated?

    How should we emphasize content when it comes to generating traffic or which topics are the main topics of the target group?

    What should ideally be used to generate conversions and leads (e. g. contact forms, gated content like protected downloads, etc.)?

    How should a contact be made by visitors (e. g. selection of personal contact persons, general inquiry form, phone numbers/hotlines, etc.)? Are there concrete suggestions for the layout (e. g. appointment booking for the service or the AppLab)?

    What KPIs do you use to evaluate success (number of visitors, leads, dwell time, etc.)?
